Anoroc developed strategy that re-branded Governors Club’s numerous neighborhoods repositioning their image from a retirement destination into being recognized as a vibrant age-rounded community. New advertising, web, and collateral was developed to appeal to younger targets while protecting Governors Club’s brand value with older clientele. By developing multi-tiered strategies across multiple channels of communication Anoroc helped one of North Carolina’s most iconic developments speak to a new generation.
