Varela Westshore is a commercial property that teamed with Anoroc to increase brand awareness and market share by establishing a set of best practices along with a brand new portfolio of print pieces and outdoor advertising. Developers envisioned building a landmark mixed use high-rise in vibrant downtown Tampa with the goal of attracting upwardly mobile Gen Xers. The high-rise would offer modernly stylish apartments above chic shops and restaurants.
