Heart of Florida Regional Medical Center is a full- service hospital located outside Orlando. The hospital faced intense and growing competition from larger, better funded hospitals, a university teaching hospital and an upscale tourists hospital.
As part of their Strategic Marketing process, Anoroc conducted a large-scale competitive analysis, positioning analysis, and psychographic profiles as well as environmental research. Anoroc also developed a brand platform that defined the unique selling position of Heart of Florida. Following new campaigns executed by Anoroc, Heart of Florida realized patient growth of over 40 percent and became the chosen provider in it's market. This new growth motivated an expansion program including the building of new surgery, diagnostic and women's centers.
