Steepletop owned the prized location, just inside the gates of one of South Florida’s most renowned golf/country club communities. A luxury apartment complex that was modeled after historic townhomes, Steepletop sought a high-end baby boomer and Gen X target. Multi-tiered marketing materials including, the name Steepletop, as well as the logo, identity, web site, collateral and advertising offered viewers a glimpse of life within the gates.
